& RequirementsWe are leading spa in maternity care. This position is responsible for providing superior customer service, body treatments and skin treatments to clients and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This role tailors every treatment for every client so they leave satisfied with their result. Being an representative of the Company and role model for all other therapist and staff Perform treatment services if necessary and according to standards set by the company Assess clients' needs and provide professional advice to clients Recommend, educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients Ensure client's satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy recommended Prepare treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness & neatness of workstations and other areas Assist in checking and maintaining inventory for products and treatment supplies Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments, maintaining accuracy in customers' treatment logs and customer satisfaction survey Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention Cascading key training updates and sharing experience with junior therapists Other duties as required
