• Ensure consistent practices are defined and and aligned globally
• Ensure all functions (involved in selling, implementing and managing operations) follow and maintain standard practices
• Support the Business Development team during the sales to delivery process by actively participating in the solution design phase
• Conduct fit-analysis on customer requirements against the OSM
• Work with customer teams to identify and deliver process improvement projects
• Help customer teams improve customer retention through deployment of best practices and innovations
• Facilitate solution design workshops to support the Business Development teams for new RFQs
• Ensuring Proactive Business Reporting (PBR) Tool is and integrated part of the OSM
• Deploy Manhattan Active Pilot and all existing accounts in SeLECT from 2024 till 2028 (i.e. Due Diligence and Implementation)

Project Implementation

• Lead and drive projects
• Lead the planning, support and execution of the customer migration strategy onto SeLECT for all new and existing customers numbering over 42; including managing the capacity planning and tools (migration factory) to maximize resource utilization for customer on-boarding
• Drive customer engagements to align customer processes and requirements against DHL standards and propose solutions to be validated with customers
• Manage the budget, scope and timelines for every single project
• Provide regular updates on project implementation progress to senior management and sponsors to enable overall project progress monitoring.
• Negotiate project implementation costing and manage project implementation costs tracking and allocation of costs to business owners.
• Follow the DePICT method for project implementation
• Deploy Manhattan Active Pilot and all existing accounts in SeLECT from 2024 till 2028 (ie. Due Diligence and Implementation)

Communication

• Ensure all stakeholders are aware on the changes within the OSM and development of SeLECT
• Effective communication on our OSM standards

Change Management

• Ensure consistent practices are rolled out across the entire SL network (warehousing, transport, call centers) as part of the BIC program (Best In Class)
• Oversee the successful completion of new initiatives, solutions, and services

Continuous Improvement

• Identify & drive innovations/new practices to stimulate growth
• Conduct process productivity assessment and proactively manage improvement plans

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, we are looking for the following experience and competencies:

• Solid experience in managing and delivering regional projects
• Min 7 years of relevant experience
• Excellent understanding of the principles of supply chain management
• Experience in large multi-country organizations and matrix management
• Customer oriented and has excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong project management skills and good financial knowledge
• Ability to work under stress and with tight deadlines
• Good problem solving skills
• Demonstrated the ability to execute change management
• Operations research skills such as scheduling and network modeling.
• Good analytical skills and relate large quantities of data
• Ability to work close together with other functional disciplines
• Ability to work independently as well as in a
• Willingness to travel
• Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or related discipline
