  • This incredible opportunity awaits the right candidate to make their mark in the role of Senior Brand Manager Sparkling Flavours. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, you will play an important role in supporting the business agenda for the flavours portfolio.

What You'll Do for Us
  • Develop short- (1 year) and mid-term (2-3 years) business/brand plans identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives and performance measurements by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information, etc. in order to support the OU category and brand growth targets. You will then use your strong collaboration and inclusivity to lead and motivate your project teams to execute and deliver targets.
  • Lead entire projects or a specific component/s of larger global/regional projects across multiple brands.
  • Lead NPD projects from end to end (concept development to commercialization)
  • Develop programs, secure and effectively manage required DME budget in order to execute brand plan. Work with global teams, agencies and local country teams to ensure the scaling and implementation of global/regional direction into local execution, whilst still identifying local insights to drive local relevance.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5-7 years of brand management/marketing experience.
  • Innovation experience a plus (demonstrated ability to lead a concept from idea to shelf)
  • Project and budget management experience
