As a Senior Brand Manager within Personal Health Care (PHC), you will own the development of brand building strategy. Your primary mission is to grow the business (top line, profit, and shares) of the AMA markets.
Specifically, you will lead innovation plans, including crafting brand building assets like digital marketing, TV commercials, trial plans, etc. You will lead multi-functional teams to build cohesive commercialization plans; have deep data analytic skills; have deep knowledge, market trends and retail customers; and have the creativity and critical thinking to develop the plans. You are the custodian for all marketing activities for your brand forms across P&G Health AIMEA.
Your team
Based at our regional headquarters in Singapore, You and other Brand Managers (each handling a brand/category) will report to the Brand Director for the Category or Business Unit. You will work extensively with colleagues from Consumer Market Knowledge, Sales, Communications, Finance etc.
