We are currently working with an award-winning CFD broker; who are actively looking for a Senior Brand Manager with strong sponsorships and ESG project work experience to join them.
Senior Brand Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Sponsorships & ESG
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager, covering Sponsorships, ESG and Market Intelligence to help communicate the company\xe2\x80\x99s mission and growth to key stakeholder groups, including business and financial media. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of a variety of strategic corporate communications and executive visibility programs designed to help the company promote its corporate reputation. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. This position is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities: Sponsorships/ Partnerships Management:
- Liaise with our key sponsors and manage the relationship internally as well as externally to ensure all requests are attended to, and to explore improvements, not limited to, existing sponsorship agreements as well as new potential partners
- Ability to network widely to develop business relationships
- Creativity required \xe2\x80\x93 to lead, conceptualize, strategize, negotiate, plan and execute different campaigns
- Experienced in events planning and execution \xe2\x80\x93 small scaled bespoke events as well as managed large scale external conferences
- Ability to also manage cross-regional or global projects, setting clear objectives and share key learnings
- Ability to also measure the success of the sponsorships and benchmarks
- Travelling will be required in line with business needs
- Responsible for developing and overseeing environmental, social and corporate governance activities in the company, working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the organization to shape our ESG roadmap and strategy, while taking note of the cost effectiveness and feasibility of each project
- Analyze corporate activities and provide recommendations related to enhance their sustainability/ ESG strategy, methods, framework and related tools to support the company ion achieving our sustainability/ ESG objectives
- Manage the review and development of sustainability/ ESG programs and related reporting, such as materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, metric/ KPI identification (in alignment with common sustainability/ ESG reporting standards such as GRI), and the preparation of reporting (internal and external) materials
- Manage engagement teams performing fieldwork, including project management, client management (especially with large ESG organisations), review of analysis, work papers and reports and presentations
- Establish great working relationships internally with stakeholders such as business owners, finance, compliance, marketing, HR and other relevant parties
Requirements:
- 5 to 10+ years work experience in Brand/ Finance / ESG companies, agency experience a plus
- Previous experience in corporate communications, media relations, executive communications, and financial communications will be a plus
- Prior experience in handling ESG related projects will be a plus
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have managed a small team before as well as ability to work independently
- Confident self-starter with a keen attention for detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and matrixed organization
- A team player with a positive attitude, strong collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
