Responsibilities:

• Supervise a group of technicians as they attend to all M&E and operational difficulties, and mentor them as they troubleshoot and fix issues on the spot.
• Ensure that M&E systems are maintained in accordance with the term contract timeline and work scope. Before approving for payment, confirm the service report. Before the contract ends, review the scope of work for term contracts, including the creation and solicitation of renewal bids.
• Examining submitted fit-out/renovation designs from tenants to make sure they adhere to building specifications and legal requirements.
• Writing up a memo or purchase order for management approval together with the scope of work for a quotation or bidding for ad-hoc repair work. ensuring that the repairs are correctly carried out, finished as required, and certified for payment after completion
• Respond quickly to tenant comments and requests, and make sure that any necessary repairs are made with the least amount of disruption to tenants.
• Verify the effectiveness of all M&E systems through routine inspections. Analyze the current state of all M&E systems and plan for repair or replacement as needed.
• Plan, implement, and carry out M&E CAPEX projects, including requesting quotes or tenders, assessing, advising, and posting memos for management approval.
• Tracking utility (water and electricity) use and suggesting ways to cut back, such as creating monthly management reports.
• Keep track of and guarantee that all authority licenses for M&E systems is promptly renewed, including WEMP and BESS submissions to authorities each year.

Additional Information:

• Have a mechanical or electrical engineering diploma or degree and have at least five years of related experience.
• A candidate must have previous experience working in a respectable commercial building and a solid foundation in M&E.
• The capacity to operate independently under pressure and possess strong analytical abilities.
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of initiative.
