Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst in the Asset Management industry. Collaborate on various initiatives, overseeing end-to-end business functions. Assess current state design, propose new designs, and implement operating models and process enhancements across our value chain. Deep understanding of investment operations and supporting technology is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and align business architecture with data and technology architecture.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders using effective methods and tools.
• Analyze and validate requirements through systematic problem-solving.
• Conduct impact assessments for current and future processes, systems, and structures.
• Perform data analysis to ensure consistency and quality.
• Ensure complete requirements documentation using industry-standard notations.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and obtain formal signoff on documentation.
• Liaise with service providers to understand requirements and solution limitations.
• Optimize solutions in collaboration with IT and Business teams.
• Support functional and integration testing.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Finance or related fields.
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in asset management
• Experience using Aladdin
• Customer-focused with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
• Experience in Data Analysis and change management.
• Understanding of industry concepts and trade flow.
• Familiarity with data management frameworks.
• Prior experience in relevant data system implementation preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
