Purpose of the Role

• Provide the interface between the user and IT in defining and delivering the optimal solution, through detailed business requirements gathering, functional requirements and provide leadership in Change Initiatives and Change Management.

• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem solving ability
• Organize, detail and creative thinking during planning, communications and execution
• Adaptable and capable of working in fast paced environment
• In depth knowledge of agile process and principles and a real practitioner
• Actively engaging with all teams such as business, UX/CE, Finance, Legal, compliance etc on directions and alignment
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs to craft requirements, user stories and concept development of a product
• Analyse process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
• Identify automation opportunities
• Convert roadmap features and requirements into smaller user stories
• Write clear and well-structured user stories
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modelling
• Develop and maintain reporting tools

• Relevant years of experience as a business analyst

• Degree holder or equivalent
• A relevant formal Business Analyst/Project Management qualification is desirable.
• Scrum or Agile certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Proven track of delivery with excellence as a Business analyst
