Connect Energy partners with an international marine company specialized in FPSO project to look for this role to join their team in Singapore

Responsibilities:

• To execute business and project management processes for company following the methodologies established in company management system, so as to support internal client to achieve their goals and company to achieve the strategy
• Perform analysis of the internal and external strengths and weaknesses, also definition of strategic goals
• Define each departments and projects goals
• Check and validate the calculation of KPIs and update on the system done by junior analyst
• Schedule and support the facilities of results-based meetings with Departments and Projects
• Support and guide the departments to prepare Project Plan and update Project Status in the system regarding schedule ,costs, quality, scope, communications, risk, HR and stakeholders
• Perform the quality checks on the Project Plan and Monitoring activities done by Junior Analyst
• Map Guides, processes standards and work instructions with the departments, following standard notation and looing for processes improvements
• Coordinate the IMS documents preparation for the departments, by checking status and perform quality checks on the documents.

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting or equivalent. Masters degree will be an advantage
• Min. 7 years experience in relevant experience
• Experience in oil and gas industry will be an advantage
• Advance experience in MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
• Good experience in MS Project and Visio
• Nice to have VBA, Alteryx, Six Sigma, PMP
• Willing to work at Jurong East vicinity
