The Lead Business Analyst is critical to making this happen and is responsible for working with the IAP team (based in SG) to rollout Case Resolution/ workflow platform across ANZ\'s global network.

To achieve this, the Lead Business Analyst will have a multifaceted role:

  • Support the solution definition and delivery activities required to be performed by the Institutional Client Servicing project
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders in the division (business, operations, technology, projects) and Group (finance, risk, data governance, technology) to define detailed requirements that can be readily used by the technology team to develop and test proposed solutions
  • Identify, understand and map process and activities across the Institutional division
  • Identify areas of issues or weaknesses that require being addressed
  • Develop, with help from the business, associated requirements for each of the technology releases, test script and support testing activities
  • Plan and run workshops with multiple business stakeholders and drive right requirement outcomes
  • Take ownership of documenting required business process documents as required
  • Drive continuous improvement across the client servicing process and the BA team to adopt best practices
  • Manage BA team to balance workload and align business priorities to implement agreed solution options and business change recommendations

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Strong experience in consulting background or previous Business Analyst experience in Financial Services
  • Strong experience of working on big projects / programs involving multiple country rollouts
  • Extensive project integration and implementation projects
  • Strong customer experience project implementation
  • Ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a moderate complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.
  • Experience and high level of expertise in all aspects of project & programme life cycles; ability to operate in waterfall or agile approach
  • Experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained through solid delivery against commitments
  • Experience of working in a heavily controls-focused and process driven environment
  • Experience of compiling data and analysing results
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud will be an added advantage
