Role Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the TWD regulatory implementation and reporting domain. In this role, candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, specifically focused on the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) as per the Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA) TWD guidelines. The primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and implement necessary changes to meet regulatory standards. Candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Liquidity and Technology, to drive the successful implementation and ongoing TWD reporting of liquidity metrics ate various segmentation levels
Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems related to liquidity management and LCR PRA 110 reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively to the TWD project team
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to ensure compliance with TWD guidelines.
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of systems and tools to support accurate and timely population of Liquidity templates.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define functional requirements and ensure seamless integration of regulatory changes into existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
  • Monitor and track regulatory developments, providing recommendations for changes to policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the potential effects of regulatory changes on existing processes and systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years\' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on liquidity management and regulatory reporting.
  • Deep understanding of Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) regulations, specifically PRA 110 guidelines and familiarity with TWD requirements
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, risk management principles, and liquidity management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex business processes, identifying gaps, and designing efficient solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets
  • Master\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified practitioner (PMI-ACP)

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
