Who we are

Cr\xc3\xa9dit Agricole Corporate and Investment Banking (Cr\xc3\xa9dit Agricole CIB) is the corporate and investment banking arm of Cr\xc3\xa9dit Agricole Group, world\xe2\x80\x99s 10th largest bank by total assets.

Our Singapore center, Information Systems Asia Pacific (ISAP), is one of the 3 main IT Hubs for CA-CIB\'s worldwide business with over 800 IT staffs covering Production and Application Development activities. We work daily with international branches located in 33 countries by supporting their IT solutions and envisioning and developing the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s futures information systems.

Mission Context

Data framework - DFW is one of the pivotal projects in Capital Market application landscape which focuses on managing Pre & Post Trade transactional reporting covering various regulations like MIFID, SFTR, EMIR, MAR etc. DFW is central to sourcing & distributing of transaction data for compliance with its use cutting edge technology and data governance tool like Collibra.

Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Delivery of comprehensive business/Application analysis to provide solutions for business needs.

\xc2\xb7 Work with the project team including senior developers, architects, Product owner to deliver applicative solution.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with team to identify areas of improvement and push for the change.

\xc2\xb7 Specification of business rules for regulatory reporting, business operations and transformations.

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance and promotion of best practices around the data dictionary of the bank

\xc2\xb7 Interaction with developers to define implementation specs

Requirements

Qualifications and Profile

\xc2\xb7 Must have BA non testing experience to qualify for this role.

\xc2\xb7 Strong Communication to bring consensus on requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Skilled in Data analysis using database queries M-Sql or TSQL.

\xc2\xb7 Strong functional knowledge of financial product & regulatory reporting & Trade life cycle

\xc2\xb7 Must have proven track record of application analysis & solutioning.

\xc2\xb7 Data pipeline understanding for data sourcing and distribution is good to have.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on the MIFID2/SFTR/EMIR regulatory reporting principles is desirable.

\xc2\xb7 Exposure the microservcies based architecture, Kibana, Collibra is a plus.

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem solving skills with ability to think out of box.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communications and proven documentation capabilities.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to drive the project independently with minimal support.
