You will be managing and overseeing a team of recruitment consultants engaged in end-to-end recruitment activities. . Ability to analyse Data and identify trends that will give insights to implement proactive recruitment business to stay ahead of the curve. . Act as a consultant and trusted partner to your clients for their resourcing requirements. . Represent as the company ambassador, at the same time building your personal brand, harnessing the power of social media to create an authentic online profile. . Able to navigate and work with social media targeting different channels for demographic specifics, running webinars or creating specific interest groups to increase brand awareness and publishing meaningful content. . Partner with other stakeholders and manage the business development activities within the organisation in achieving overall organisation effectiveness. . An authentic networking machine determined and visible in the market by engaging with 'real life' people. . A marketeer at heart and marketing strategist with ability to create content that resonates with your target audience. . Strong influencer and effective in communicating across multiple platforms and channels. Requirement . Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Sales and Business Development. .
