Job Purpose:
The main goal of this role is to improve and speed up HPE Greenlake penetration from Edge to Cloud in APJ region across all target verticals. Focus of this person is on achievement of performance targets through developing on-premises IT-as-a-service solutions, marketing, enablement and recruitment of target solution providers and Business Partners by collaborating with local Tech Data offices across Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:
Serves as a trusted advisor to the Business Partner community on where to play within emerging trends in Business Partner\'s ecosystem in alignment with HPE GreenLake business priorities.
Drives allocated end-to end HPE GreenLake revenue, profitability, and pipeline by creating joint business plans and leading data-driven sales efforts with the selected Business Partners.
Ability to articulates Tech Data and HPE GreenLake business strategies to effectively build a scalable selling ecosystem.
Develops solid knowledge of Business Partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, HPE GreenLake priorities, and HPE GreenLake Technology and communicates value of the portfolios and solutions to better differentiate HPE GreenLake from competitors.
Demonstrates business and sales leadership by building mutually beneficial relationships with one or many Business Partners to grow HPE GreenLake market share.
Coordinates and executes HPE GreenLake activities with the Business Partner, leveraging HPE specialists when needed, including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements.
Drives HPE GreenLake marketing strategy through the Business Partner.
Drives and implements HPE GreenLake strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Business Partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build Business Partner loyalty to Tech Data & HPE.
Tailors HPE GreenLake solutions to fit the needs of the Business Partner\'s customer profile.
May recruit and develop business relationships with new Business Partners, working to increase Business Partner commitment to Tech Data & HPE.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
University or Bachelor\'s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Typically 10+ years of selling experience.
Solid experience in selling to partners desired
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-starter

Sound business acumen
Influence business outcomes without having direct control
