Job Description

:

• Perform business development activities and identify new partners to build an ecosystem
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients
• Formulate business strategy with senior management and meet KPIs
• Execute initiatives through market research, networking and enlarging footprints in target markets
• Identify and develop new market opportunities
• Qualify and evaluate leads
• Negotiate terms offered to clients
• Manage and execute new/existing projects
• Work closely with stakeholders in the company to ensure quality delivery and in-line with product roadmap
• Process market knowledge in physical security industry for verticals ie. transportation, commercial building, etc.
• Forward looking in term of industry/technology trend to improve business portfolio

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 to 5 years of business development/sales experience
• B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in robotic/physical security
• Process negotiation, networking, marketing, presentation, project management, market analysis, strategic skill will be an advantage
