The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with one of the Energy Solution Provider, focusing on Solar, EV charging, New Fuel and Cooling solution. The emerging regions such as India, China, Vietnam and Middle East are the targeted regions. Hence, the company looking for senior business development manager with strong experience in HVAC business and understanding of India market.The Job:

• Conduct market analysis and networking to uncover business opportunities in HVAC / Cooling solution domain.
• Assess client requirements and build a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities.
• Oversee the entire business development process, including strategy formulation, ideation, lead generation, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and deal closure in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
• Proactively identify emerging needs, stay informed about technology advancements, and translate findings into actionable insights and reports.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and financials.

The Talent:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• More than 7 years in business development and project tendering. Good understanding of HVAC business is a MUST.
• Good understanding of emerging market (India market is preffered).
• Passion in delivering solution to drive sustainability and energy efficiency
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
