About the Senior Business Development Manager role: Business Development, you will be responsible to bring in new business for contract logistics, freight forwarding and project logistics. You will assist the GM, BD to develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients, develop new market channels and networks, establish excellent customer relationships, increase market awareness and to build market position in accordance with business goals to deliver maximum margin. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify potential business opportunities through extensive networks and research to gain RFP/RFQ Develop new businesses for all product range - Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics and Project Logistics Develop opportunities to cross-sell products to existing and new clients. Collaborate with solution design to complement business development initiatives Maintain an accurate, ongoing and robust sales pipeline at all time. Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives. Partner closely with different stakeholders to develop proposals and solutions meeting customers' needs, including coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations Key Requirements: Degree in Business Administration/Logistics or equivalent Minimum 8 years' experience in the supply chain industry with business development/sales & customers solutions engineering capabilities Existing business portfolio to convert Driven, proven experience in business development, growth strategy and clients developments Creative and experienced in Key Accounts Management Proven ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organization Additional Information Location: CBD Working Days: Monday to Friday HOW TO APPLY: Simply submit your application with your updated Resume in MS Word Format to Elsa Adam (EA Personnel Reg.
