About the Role The Senior Business Development Manager, Install Audio APAC\'s primary role is to lead the Install Audio business and have responsibility for driving the sales performance in Asia Pacific region, including Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand. What You Will Do Business Development Establish and maintain high touch relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influencers Identify strategic opportunities and through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. System Integrators, Consultants, End Users) and pursue them to successful closure through close collaboration with the channel team. Create and maintain a plan for business growth, identify opportunities & pursue them to successful closure. Build and implement strategic initiatives with distribution partners to drive agreed growth across APAC. Collaborate with internal teams within the region to ensure that these initiatives are communicated effectively to the key customers and stakeholders in the region. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Work with channel sales team to assign targets to individual distributors based on needing to meet/exceed an overall APAC target. Track, manage, and follow up on all business development activitiess via CRM system. Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to host local events and produce case studies. Product and Marketplace Assessment Monitor the performance of existing product range, identifying market trends and opportunities for revenue growth. Monitor and report relevant competitive activity in the marketplace. Maintain regular engagement with Global Product Line Management teams and provide regular updates to account managers and application engineering teams. Drive the regional launch plans for NPI products in cordination with GPLM, Marketing, Channel and Application Engineering teams. Conduct joint business planning with distributors to discuss and agree launch plans, pricing models and promotional support. Forecast sales by product group, to SKU level where appropriate, for demand planning and sales targets What You Need More than 10 years of experience in an Installed Audio solutions related sales or business development role. Maintaining current relationships with major system integrators in the APAC region will be an advantage. A strong background in Commercial Sound which includes large scale system design. Broad overall knowledge of technology for Installed Audio solutions is required. A deep, practical, understanding of networked audio amplifiers (Amps) and Digital Signal Processors (DSP). Proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives. Ability to understand business requirements and effectively present and articulate a business plan that includes focused action items, timelines, and stakeholders. What is Nice to Have An understanding of acoustic modeling software solutions. Ability to succeed in a global, matrix organization by leveraging central resources and collaborating across divisions.
