About the jobMy client, a global food & beverages MNC, is looking to expand their operations across Asia. They are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to oversee the responsibility of driving business development into the food service and retail channels for the Singapore market.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the overall objectives of the company. Provide leadership and direction to the business development team.
- Conduct market research/ work with the relevant team to identify new business opportunities and trends, as well as analyse competitors and industry dynamics.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Oversee sales activities, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- At least 6 years of sales or business development experience within the FMCG industry, in particular, the F&B segment
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiations & Influencing
- Planning & Prioritising -ability to independently work with key customers in a disciplined and effective manner
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, results-oriented
