Job Description

Our client is a fast growing real estate firm, currently looking for an experienced Business Insights Analyst to join their Operations team in Singapore.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of their organization by providing business insights through pricing analysis, competitor benchamarking and overall business analysis. Your expertise will contribute to identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and enhancing overall business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Pricing Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth pricing analysis to optimize product and service pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and market-aligned pricing.
• Business Analysis:

• Perform comprehensive business analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Operational Metrics Reporting:

• Develop and maintain operational metrics reports to track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations team on the performance of various business functions.
• Competitor Benchmarking and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to maintain or enhance competitiveness.
• Financial Analysis:

• Analyze and report on financial metrics such as Pricing, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and Net Operating Income (NOI).
• Contribute to financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Data Visualization:

• Utilize tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create visually compelling and informative dashboards.
• Present complex data in a clear and accessible manner for stakeholders at various levels.
