Mediacorp Socialhub ( ) is an exciting new product and initiative at Mediacorp! We want to build a thriving and sustainable influencer ecosystem by connecting influencers with marketers through a data-driven technology and open platform. We are a team of intrapreneurs of an agile startup within Mediacorp. The latest trends in social media marketing delights us. Enabling marketers and influencers to drive their amazing social campaigns keeps us going. Our goal: to connect the dots in the influencer ecosystem using technology and build this next big thing at Mediacorp.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operation and solving the problems encountered by the users
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with talent agencies and influencers to ensure that they receive adequate support to meet their needs
• Understand the process (front-end and back-end) of executing an influencer marketing campaign, the possible problems and helping users to resolve them
• Work with cross-functional teams, update multiple trackers and dashboards - red-flagging any potential and existing issues
• Raise the necessary documents to enable the smooth execution of back-end processes, e.g. processing of payment via SAP, updating of trackers
• Work with the data analytics team to ensure the integrity of the data that\'s ingested for analysis
• Prepare post campaign reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Fluent and comfort in using Excel/Google Sheet
• Familiarity with any data analysis tools, language would be a huge benefit
• Experience with basic accounting, procurement processes
• Comfortable with complex operations, and navigate through uncertainties
• Experience in customer service / management
• Knowledge and/or interest in online marketplaces, creator economy
• Be a tenacious problem-solver and meticulous organizer and have a can-do attitude in liaising between the users of the platform and the tech-team, problem-solving based on tried-and-tested workarounds
