The Opportunity As part of the procurement team, you will interact with different teams in the organization as well as suppliers in the market. You will have the opportunity to support sourcing efforts, participate in cost reduction initiatives and many other purchasing activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely executing of purchase requisition to purchase order

• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods and supplies

• Monitor expedite and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies

• Support sourcing of and negotiation with suppliers

• Cost reduction initiatives

• Collate spend data for reporting and analysis

• Any other assigned tasks related to purchasing activities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or purchasing functions in a manufacturing environment
• Degree in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent preferred but will consider any other disciplines
• Good local knowledge and hands on experience in handling India market
• Good engineering knowledge on NPI and Production support in Semiconductor
• Proficiency in Windows operating system, including email and MS office
• Familiarity with system such as ERP, Oracle or similar program preferred
• Good knowledge of supply chain, purchasing process or related functions will be advantageous
