The role: We are looking to hire experienced candidate consultants who can bring their industry knowledge, existing network in their niche/ industry to join a growing team either under the Huxley brand (Banking, Finance, Tech) or under Real Staffing (Healthcare and Lifesciences), to build and grow their business in ways they haven't managed to before. What you'll do Build up your market speciality under the Huxley or Real Staffing brand under the mentorship and leadership of veterans in the field Develop and capitalise on existing client relationships to further develop your own business and network 360 degree management of roles, from sourcing candidates through to placement and aftercare. Advise clients and candidates using your own market knowledge to provide specific and tailored solutions that fit their needs Who are we looking for We are looking for experienced recruitment consultants who wants to work in a place that is transparent, empathetic, nurturing, and high-performing. If you: Have minimum 3 years in a 360-recruitment environment Are ambitious, motivated by targets, and strive to exceed your goals Have excellent communication skills to not only build rapport with clients and candidates, but are able to communicate effectively and work together as a team Have some experience in healthcare, finance & banking or technology (a plus!)
