• Lead operations cells to meet the operations key performance metrics and goals
• Lead and supervise all production hourly associates in the operations cell, as well as develop them towards a self-directed and multi-skilled workforce through planned skills training
• Provide odd-hour or weekend shift supervision, as necessary
• Manage all profit & loss of the operations cells and to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s revenue/profit goals
• Ensure Environment Health &Safety, Quality, Ethics and Compliance are compiled in the operations cells
• Assume roles in Quality / CORE / EH&S sub-committees
• Drive cost saving and Continuous Improvement project
• Participate in Corrective Actions activities
• Interface with the various business functions in problems solving and to achieve cell goals and company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
• Conduct quarterly performance appraisals
• Assist in the development and implementation of EH&S management systems and to integrate EH&S into the individual business process
• Demonstrate personal commitment to EH&S by meeting all EH&S legislation and regulations and driving EH&S compliance and surfacing/ correcting every unsafe situation
• Always perform responsibilities in compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Ethics

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years\' experience in production, operations, or manufacturing with supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals
• Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills.
• Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience working with system in SAP.
• Relevant experience in Aerospace, manufacturing or MRO is a plus.
