Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and ensure all technical systems of the mall run smoothly.
- Supervise all the repair, renovation, maintenance, and fit-out activities in the mall.
- Negotiate to secure preventive maintenance contracts for equipment and systems with Contractors/Suppliers.
- Closely supervise the performance of all maintenance teams (both internal and external)
- Control and closely monitor utility consumption and energy efficiency of all equipment/ systems in the mall to ensure optimum energy usage.
- Conduct building inspections on regular basis with special attention to defective/deficient life safety features and keep track of the condition of all operating equipment/ system.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to technical staff to enable them to achieve the highest performance.
- Execute other works as assigned by Line Manager.
- Good M&E knowledge and building structure.
- Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Computer knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- English communication
- Education Level Required: Bachelor / Diploma of M&E or Construction
