Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Handling both Treaty and Facultative claims for various classes.
- Assessing adequate reserves and providing advice on loss validity and accurate amounts.
- Managing claim settlements efficiently.
- Ensuring strict adherence to claims governance and controls.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate recording and filing systems for all bookings.
- Promptly monitoring cash calls and settlement loss advices.
- Providing timely and precise reports on significant loss developments to management.
- Building strong relationships with key brokers to deliver excellent customer service.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Reinsurance claims environment.
- Experience in dealing with Marine or Property claims preferred.
- Must be a team player.
- Proficient in IT knowledge and skills.
