We are looking for a Senior Commercial and Contract Manager - International ICAs, to join our team based in Singapore who will be your role is charged with managing Intercompany Agreements (ICAs) with other parts of the Telstra Group on behalf of the International business and will be a key member of the International Intercompany Operations Team.

About the Role

As the Senior Commercial and Contract Manager - International ICAs, you will be responsible for the governance & contract management of all International ICA schedules, establishing and managing governance sessions, reporting and processes to monitor charges and performance to agreed SLAs as well as all aspects of ICA contract management including changes, negotiations and other amendments as required and ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.

This role is a critical component in the success of Telstra\xe2\x80\x99s strategy to successfully execute on our Legal Restructure priority. You will maximise value and minimise risk in the management of our intercompany agreements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contract Management, including:

• managing the International ICAs as customer contracts inc. governance obligations, changes negotiations and other amendments as required
• creating and contributing to International\xe2\x80\x99s intercompany revenue stream maximising contract value, minimising margin leakage & scope creep
• managing compliance to contractual terms
• managing contract risk including advising on risk mitigation strategies and consequences of failure to comply with commitments during the contract lifecycle

• Act as trusted advisor in handling contract and commercial queries for ICAs, facilitate the resolution of issues by applying professional judgment, concepts, procedures, and effective engagement of the appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide advice, counsel and recommendations on contractual matters and contract interpretation
• Build strong and effective relationships with internal operational stakeholders (including ServeCo & InfraCo ICA management teams, Legal, Project Delivery, Service Management, Business Operations and Pricing) to support the management of contract deliverables, risks, and obligations
• Draft, collate, brief, review, and obtain approvals for contract variations to the ICAs resulting from changes in scope and future business requirements.
• Other duties as may be assigned in relation to the contract management of International ICAs.

To be successful in the role, you must have:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Business & Commerce, Law and/or Accounting.
• Demonstrated commercial experience preferably in an IT/telecommunications environment
• WorldCC (formerly IACCM) Accreditation is an advantage
• Strong demonstrated experience in contract management
• Knowledge of Telstra\xe2\x80\x99s internal processes and business practices
• Proven, strong experience in drafting commercial clauses & contract variations
• Good negotiation skills and strong stakeholder management
• Excellent time management & organisation skills with ability to manage multiple work demands simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
