Senior Commercial Executive Ship Repairs
Job Description
Responsibilities: Perform accurate and realistic estimate for jobs as required in tender bids Source for suitable subcontractors for specialized jobs and complex work Prepare accurate an detailed invoicing to achieve fair and better contribution margins Liaise with Ship Repairs Manager and Project Supervisor on all quoted and additional jobs Assist Commercial Manager or his designate in with respect to discussion of invoices for completed projects with attending Owner Representatives Assess subcontractors' invoices, discuss with relevant parties and conclude bill settlement within target timeframeRequirements: Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related field 2 - 5 years' relevant experience Good knowledge of marine and related industries Good estimating skills for repair jobs Good communication skills Good numerical acumen Ability to write well, especially in email correspondences Willing to work in ChangiAdditional Information: Location: Changi Transport provided at or nearby: Jalan Bahar, Pioneer MRT, Boon Lay MRT, Lakeside MRT, Jurong West & East, Jalan Bukit Merah, Choa Chu Kang MRT, Bukit Panjang Plaza, Woodlands, Sembawang MRT, Yishun MRT, Bishan MRT, Ang Mo Kio MRT, Hougang Ave 8, Sengkang Square, Punggol Central, Pasir Ris MRT, Tampines MRT, Tanah Merah MRT 5 days work week Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
