Responsibilities: * Customize PIMS-CMS database checksheets and allocation of checksheets based on latest engineering drawing revisions and punchlist updates for mechanical discipline. * Prepara Responsibilities: Customize PIMS-CMS database checksheets and allocation of checksheets based on latest engineering drawing revisions and punchlist updates for mechanical discipline. Preparation of boundary drawings as per subsystem listing. Preperation of necessary statements E.G. system test procedure statement & risk assessment statement for Electrical/ Mechanical comissioning activities Factory Acceptance test at stakeholders location lead a team of Mechanical / Electrical engineers & technicians for preparation and site execution of pre-comissioning, comissioning and fuction testing of equipment packages including vendor equipment packages on the topsides. Review of comissioning shipped-loose items, consumables and spares for proper inventory and availability Review system / sub-system completion status for taking over from construction team as per comissioning schedule Liase with various parties where required to ensure an issues affecting system completion are resolved in a timely manner. Participate in system / sub-system joint inspections for taking over from construction team, punch listing activities, etc. Preparation of relevant documents required for safe energization of equipment such as livening - UP notice, CPTW, Isolation Lists, etc. Ensure that comissioning testing activities are conducted safely and complies with the site PTW and safety regulations and procedures. Review of completed comissioning documentation such as checksheets, test procedures etc. Follow up with relevant parties to ensure proper closure of oustanding issues arising from commissioning activities. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Preferably 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Specializing in Engineering - Electrical, Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. Familiar with Completion Management System database such as PIMS-CMS.
