- Compliance & audit professional-oriented expert position, mainly to assist the team and the industry compliance field to align.
- Responsible for building up the company\'s compliance system, standards, and process; having an excellent collaboration with the legal team and expert team, to manage the compliance review of games and products.
- Have good insight into compliance industry dynamic condition, quickly identify policy information, improve and optimize the management and process.
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of business audit, cooperation with external consulting companies to keep and protect the business in compliance status.
- Cultivate team learning atmosphere and continuously improve the professional ability of team members
- Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years or more experience in security assessment or IT audit in famous professional consulting companies or large multinational enterprises; understanding the global compliance regulatory requirements and certification qualification requirements in various regions
- Familiar with the Internet business processes (development/product/marketing process etc.); experience in internet/game industry will be preferred.
- Familiar with global privacy regulations in various regions, with extensive global privacy experience, including privacy principles/standards, operational legal security framework and compliance solutions, and have an excellent partnership with legal teams
- Familiar with IT audit, information security management, IT/technology risk management, able to solve compliance risk issues
- Understand the security control items of technology/application, can use ISO27001, ISO20000, ITIL and COBIT flexibly for information security management, IT service management etc., and cooperate with the information security team to landing compliance requirements.
- Strong awareness of problem-solving and proactive work attitude, flexible thinking, good at learning, and strong anti-stress ability.
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not a must to interact with studio stakeholders in Japan
