Job Description
Our client is a well known property MNC, with assets ranging from residential, commercial to retail. Currently they are looking for Senior Concierge to join their Customer Service team. They are located in the East area.
Responsibilities
- Attend to shoppers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries / feedback
- Assist in Advertising & Promotions activities such as issuing of contest coupons / gift vouchers
- Handling gift redemptions
- Administrative duties and any other duties
- Willing to commit to shift arrangement - including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills
- Min 3 years of customer service experience
