We are looking for Senior/Conference Producer, experienced in Maritime and Energy portfolio, best suited for candidates with B2B tradeshow experience and strong commercial acumen.

The candidate will be responsible for developing content, appointing and liaising with senior level advisory boards, working with marketing teams for content marketing and working with content partners.

The role requires market research and liaison with senior management. The candidate requires excellent communication skills, ability to research, identify new and emerging commercial trends.

Job Summary:

• Researching and curating conference programmes
• Conduct research and gather industry intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of a conference programme
• Identify target audience and potential sponsors to ensure commercial success
• Identifying and contacting potential speakers and recruiting them onto the program.
• Support marketing team with promotional copy relevant to conference tracks as well as content marketing
• Running the conference on the day
• Monitoring quality of the speakers\' presentations
• Building longer term relationships with speakers/sponsors and delegates through industry networking and relationship building.
• Working as part of a project management team, including event, marketing, sales, operations
• Work closely with Event Director for developing content partners and special format content driven products.
• Directly manage a conference executive

• Broad industry knowledge
• Experience in a related profession which involves research and speaking with senior management, such as journalism, executive search and industry sector research.

• Bachelor\'s degree
• High level of confidence and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communicator, both written and oral
• Minimum 3-4 years\' experience in conference production / similar role
