This entails:

  • Meticulously Crafted Programs: Ensuring Designing standout conference programs tailored to the Asian and Global market, ensuring content resonates with attendees.
  • Flawless Execution: Lead the team to flawlessly execute these programs, guaranteeing a smooth and successful event experience for all participants.
  • Strong Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships with internal teams and cultivate vital relationships with external stakeholders in the region.Each of our program managers plays an indispensable role in driving the overall success of our events. They achieve this by meticulously crafting and flawlessly executing conference programs, while also nurturing vital partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads the development of forward thinking and dynamic content for events managed with attention on attendee experience
  • Works with multiple functions to grow portfolio and deliver value to our business and the communities we engage.
  • Analyze and identify key industry trends to deliver engaging, commercial content
  • Secures the participation of high-level speakers from industry, policy, academia and internal thought leaders (content and commercial)
  • Works with customer marketing to define target audiences and create communications materials that will drive registrations
What We\'re Looking For:An enthusiastic, project-oriented, and deadline-driven professional who can demonstrate:
  • 5 years of experience in Conference/Event production
  • Knowledge in the energy & commodity sectors (Oil, Chemicals, Gas, Power, Metals and Agriculture)
  • Keen attention to detail and effective project management skills including the ability to manage competing deadlines with administrative organization and poise.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote.
  • Experience in event related platforms including Cvent, salesforce & slido.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-collaborative skills at all levels.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentations and report writing.
  • Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context.
  • Ability to travel to conferences up to 10% of time.
