Senior Construction Supervisor Singapore, Islandwide SGD$2,800 - SGD$4,500 The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the construction site, from site preparations to build-out. He Senior Construction Supervisor Singapore, Islandwide SGD$2,800 - SGD$4,500 The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the construction site, from site preparations to build-out. He/She is able to work independently, is a team player and possesses excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams. He works on-site on a rotating or day-shift schedule. Responsibilities Support coordination across the various disciplines and construction teams to align drawings Support the management of commissioning and testing of components, equipment and systems Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices Assess the defects identified during the defects liability period for appropriate follow-ups Supervise subcontractors' work activities Requirements Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience ( Renovation ) Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent Independent individual with good organization skills Good Interpersonal skills Strong command of English Bilingual in English and Mandarin for conversing with subcontractors/clients How to Apply: By submitting any application or resume to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us collecting, using, retaining and disclosing your personal information to prospective employer for their consideration.
