About the Team

Our industry team is rapidly expanding with many new opportunities and projects from banking and finance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support for Migration project
• Migration from Notes/Domino to Microsoft 365 in Asia/Oceania regions.
• Assisting national staff team in IT department which conduct delivery activities (migration activities)
• Collaboratively work with team members to execute delivery activities.
• Communication with stakeholders
• Create project plan/WBS - Progress management.
• Issue management/solving - Draft project status reports.
• Other relevant tasks (e.g., meeting facilitation, documentation (report to management, discussion paper to solve issue etc.)

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of project management experience
• Documentation experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
• Issue solving (ASIS clarification/visualization, root cause analysis, counter measure considering, document preparation for decision making)
• Infrastructure/network project experience (Over 3 years)
• Experience in migration from Notes/Domino to Microsoft 365 experience
• Knowledge/Experience regarding Cloud (AWS, Azure), VDI
• Client facing experience - Working experience in a consulting firm.
• Business level Japanese highly preferred, to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
