About the Role

The Senior Consultant - LS Retail will take on this client facing role with lead responsibility for retail solution implementation, providing end-to-end business solutions to our customers and prospects.

What You\'ll Do

• Implementation planning and the delivery of value-added work, from scope and budget.
• Business and systems analysis and documentation.
• Conducting client workshops.
• Assist with pre-sales activities and conduct demonstrations in LS Central / Business Central
• Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality.
• Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation.
• Application configuration and set-up.
• Provide system training \xe2\x80\x93 train the trainer and end-user training.
• Development and delivery of testing strategies.
• Design and execution of data migration strategies.
• Go live support.

What You Need to Succeed

• Extensive experience in the implementation of Retail Solutions.
• Knowledge of LS Retail / D365 BC.
• Understanding of the end-to-end process within D365 BC / LS Central.
• Knowledge of Retail Assortment Planning / Purchasing / Open to Buy and Replenishment.
• eCommerce / Omni Channel integrations through to Order Fulfilment.
• Ideally have D365 BC / LS Central accreditation.
• Experience in providing key user/end-user training.
• Knowledge of application design and development / C/Side.
• Understanding of current technologies.
• Nice to have - Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerApps, Extensions & AL.
• Ability to understand, interpret client business processes and requirements, and communicate at C level.
• Excellent time management and planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritise work.
