Reporting to the AP Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Consultant/ Manager who aspires to work across a diverse range of geographies and business units in Asia.

Responsible for providing support to the AP Strategy & Innovation (S&I) team in all its efforts across Deloitte AP\'s Strategy and Innovation workstreams. This role is high performing Senior Consultant/ Manager will work closely with the AP S&I team to support strategy implementation tracking and decision-making on investment in strategic initiatives, priority Assets and Alliances in AP.

Location: China, Kuala Lumpur, India

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of strategies by tracking progress against milestones and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct analysis to inform decision-making on investment
• Coordinate planned investment spend as part of the annual business planning process across AP, ensuring alignment with Deloitte AP\'s Strategy across the Region
• Work with the AP S&I team to align investments to the Deloitte AP Strategy in conjunction with Geography and Business leads
• Support the AP S&I Director with the evaluation of strategic funding requests
• Work closely with teams across the organization to develop and implement initiatives to achieve strategic objectives
• Work with AP S&I team in maintaining a searchable database of internal presentations and external information on market sizing and competitors

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or Accounting; advanced degree a plus
• Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• An aptitude for analysis and high degree of attention to detail
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
• Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented
