We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the security and engineering aspects of Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure and related initiatives. Prior experience in operation technology and good understanding of cyber security related products and services are also required. With a strong desire to work on problems that really matter for our customers, the candidate is expected to collaborate with researchers in the NUS-NCS Lab and security vendors with the goal of developing and productizing top-notch and highly innovative solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out pre-sales engagement for projects related to OT security
• Deliver OT related projects and provide consultation with regards to the deployment as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Create technical documentation associated with OT deployment
• Provide post-sales support services for corrective and preventive maintenance
• Review network architectures and provide recommendations on compliance with applicable cybersecurity framework
• Review security products utilized (e.g., firewalls, IDS, IPS)
• Deploy network infrastructure devices (e.g., switches, routers, etc.), security appliances (e.g., firewalls, IDS, etc.), and virtualization solutions
• Performing vulnerability and risk assessments within manufacturing and critical infrastructure environments to identify security risks and provide recommendations to remediate the identified issues
• Create impactful demonstration to showcase cyber analytics capabilities
• Design and build services with a focus on business value and usability

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar), Computer Science, or similar scientific / technical field
• A minimum of 3+ year of IT Experience and minimum of 2+ years\' work experience in Operational Technology / ICS Security
• Ideally solid foundation in ICS support, including IT related topics like network architectures, network protocols, industrial protocols, active directory, backup processes, virtualization of applications
• Knowledge of related standards like IEC 62443, NIST 800-82
• Demonstrated technical skills to analyze, design, and deploy complex architectures and communication technologies
• Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
• Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CEH, CISA, CCSP, etc.)
• Ability to perform vulnerability / penetration testing in ICS/OT environment, as well as threat hunting
• Prior experience Control System Engineer or SCADA Engineer working in manufacturing, power generation facilities, Water and Oil/Gas pipeline, and Transportation
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment
