Our Real Estate Practice
Join FTI Consulting's newly established Real Estate Advisory & Transformation team in Singapore. We combine consulting, finance, construction, digital transformation, and property expertise to solve the most complex real estate and infrastructure challenges.

The Opportunity
In this role, you'll execute and implement transformative solutions across key areas, including:

• Strategic Data Intelligence - analytics, visualisation, performance metrics, insights
• Digital & Technology Enablement - transformation, systems integration, innovative solutions
• Operational Architecture - process design, operating models, efficiency improvement
• Value & Commercial Management - benefit tracking, ROI measurement, vendor relationships
• Organisational Change Leadership - stakeholder management, adoption, implementation support

Working with leading corporate and public sector clients throughout APAC, you'll be crucial in delivering projects that transform real estate and infrastructure operations while driving meaningful business outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
Project Delivery

• Support project execution, managing workstreams and coordinating delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.
• Track progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Document and implement practical tools and methodologies for consistent execution.

Client Engagement

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Gather and analyse requirements to inform effective and tailored solution design.
• Present clear findings and actionable recommendations to client teams.
• Support change management activities to ensure successful and sustainable solution implementation.

Technical Expertise

• Apply sophisticated data analysis to identify and implement operational enhancements across real estate portfolios.
• Deploy digital solutions to enhance real estate operations and drive efficiency.
• Map and streamline business processes to increase operational effectiveness.
• Create tools and frameworks to measure operational performance and demonstrate value.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Team Contribution

• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to enhance the skills and growth of junior team members.
• Share expertise and contribute to initiatives that strengthen the practice.
• Assist in developing compelling proposals and client materials.
• Participate in internal initiatives to expand real estate advisory capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles
• Background in real estate operations, facilities management, or related fields
• Strong project delivery track record with demonstrable results
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques
• Adaptability and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Desirable

• Degree in business, real estate, engineering, or related field
• Experience with process mapping and optimisation methodologies
• Knowledge of digital transformation in real estate contexts
• Familiarity with the APAC market and understanding of regional nuances
• Understanding of sustainability and ESG considerations in real estate operations
• Experience with change management methodologies
