Responsibilities
- In charge of project contract and managing the negotiation on conditions terms with client & contractors.
- Monitoring the project budgets, cost and claim.
- Review the project contract term and coordinator with the every aspect of the project
- Managing the pre and post contract.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in contract management.
- Strong in contract negotiation.
