Senior Contracts Specialist

Shape winning bids and guard our bottom line: you'll run the full contract cycle--from tender to close-out--keeping risk low, margins high and every clause aligned with company policy. Partner with project teams, clients and suppliers to negotiate sharp, workable deals and solve live contractual issues before they become costly surprises.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of Shipyard, EPC and Engineering subcontracts. Provide strategic advice on contractual risks, obligations, and rights to project teams and management. Support tendering activities, including preparation of contract documentation and evaluation of commercial proposals. Monitor contract performance and ensure timely resolution of claims, variations, and disputes. Liaise with legal, finance, and technical departments to ensure alignment on contractual matters. Maintain accurate contract records and ensure compliance with contracting procedures, internal governance and external regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes and tools. Support prequalification process of all new contractors. Maintain and continuous improvement of standard contract exhibits and procedures. Coach junior contract staff and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

An engineering or law degree from a reputable university. Minimum of at least 15 years' experience in project controls, cost control, cost engineering or commercial role within the construction industry, preferably in the O&G sector.
