We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Cook specializing in Chinese Sichuan cuisine to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Sichuan dishes and ensuring consistent quality and taste.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Sichuan dishes (hot dishes, cold dishes, stir-fry, soup, etc.)
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet restaurant standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
Assist in menu planning and seasonal dish development
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in Chinese (Sichuan) cuisine
Experience working in multiple restaurant outlets is preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Familiar with Sichuan cooking techniques, spices, and flavors
Team player with good communication skills
* Able to work shifts
