Maintain entire restaurant operations as follows


Prepare and cook south , north indian variety of foods and ensures that it is ready at the right time


Manage food preparations and processes by food stations.


preapare daily menu


ensures that appropriate standards and hygiene are adhered to. place the order for daily needs of cooking items. identify meat and seafood, and their fabrication and uilisation in culinary prepare indian briyani ( chicken and mutton) prepare all kinds of curry(fish,chicken,mutton) prepare all kinds of fried items (fish, chicken, mutton) prepare chappathi, poori, prata, dosai varieties prepare and grind wet flour for daily needs train and supervise junior kitchen staffs maintain workplace safety and helth policies and procedure * willing to work in split shift
