prepare indian briyani ( chicken and mutton)
prepare all kinds of curry(fish,chicken,mutton)
prepare all kinds of fried items (fish, chicken, mutton)
prepare chappathi, poori, prata, dosai varieties
prepare and grind wet flour for daily needs
train and supervise junior kitchen staffs
maintain workplace safety and helth policies and procedure
