:The CompanyOpportunity to join a market leader in the energy infrastructure business with expanding footprint across Asia as Senior Corporate Finance Manager.The RoleReporting to the SVP Finance, you will lead a lean team and be responsible for partnering the senior management team in overseeing investment analysis, financial modelling and due diligence in support of projects/investment decisions. You will help identify potential risk and opportunities of the various investments, projects/equity financing and negotiation of term loans with bankers as well as annual budget and forecast.This is a highly visible role within the organization and offers the potential for broader responsibilities in various finance domains as the business continues grow and expand.Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 12 years of experience in corporate finance, project investment analysis, project and/or equity financing.
- Exposure within the energy, infrastructure or heavy asset industry
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Prior exposure in a Big 4 audit firm
- Exposure in project controlling will be ideal but not a must
