Job Description


:SENIOR / COUNSELLORResponsibilities:

  • Casework and counselling for individual/ youth/ family and couple
  • Organise and conduct workshops
  • Senior Counsellor will be required to provide clinical supervision to interns or junior Counsellor
  • Any other additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned, if need be, from time to time
Requirements:
  • Master Degree in Counselling or Master Degree in Family Therapy or Graduate Diploma in Counselling (by Monash University/Nanyang Poly/Counselling and Care Centre)
  • At least 5 years of experience in counselling
  • Bilingual and be able to speak other dialects to communicate with the clients and stakeholders
  • Pleasant and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Driven by passion to serve
  • Be willing to provide casework for individuals and families in need
Qualifications:Bachelors in Social Work or Master of CounsellingMin 5 years of Counselling experience is requiredSupervisory and people management experienceOther Information:Thank you for your application.
