The Opportunity

We\'re looking for a bold and prolific Senior Creative (Art) with strong leadership skills to join our client\'s creative team to work on business efforts across APAC/EMEA. You need to have the ambition to create ideas that drive impact for the business and value for clients. We need someone who is equal parts thinker, doer and maker. Ideal candidates will have a passion for design, typography, photography, film, motion graphics, craft and business, with experience in creating work for social media and programmatic platforms.

In this role, you will work with a highly cross-functional team of creatives, marketers, product leaders and business leaders to deliver fresh, original and renowned ideas that resonate with businesses in Asia Pacific.

To be effective in this role, you\'ll need to be a conceptual thinker, able to collaborate closely with peers and cross-functional partners, strategically answer briefs with original creative concepts, develop inspiring ideas that bring human insights to business challenges, be able to communicate these ideas, lead high-impact creative initiatives and oversee projects through production. You need to have a strategic perspective that includes consideration of the overarching brand, business challenges, company narratives, customer experience, design frameworks, etc. You must have a love of design and typography and be able to create beautifully crafted visuals, stories and experiences that run across a variety of mediums including on-platform, video and print. But most importantly, you\'re someone who absolutely loves what they do and finds fulfillment in bringing that enthusiasm to every project and challenge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will develop integrated campaigns and events that service a number of different audiences including (but not limited to) creative agencies, media agencies, marketing verticals (gaming, automotive, consumer, etc.), small to large sized businesses, and the company\'s global sales organization. You will also work on policy initiatives and be able to touch programs, content and advertising that scales globally.

Work with a writer, creative lead, and/or independently to deliver strategically grounded, world-class creative concepts and designs for digital, video, print, and experiential projects.

For this role, there is a strong lean towards creating dynamic visual assets with motion graphics.

The role will also cover a wide gamut of responsibilities:
  • Deliver compelling visuals that are delightful, beautiful, and clear with a high level of finish and polish across a variety of mediums (print, video, interactive, presentation) and across a suite of styles (campaign design, brand marks, illustrations, icons, photography).
  • Create in situ mockups.
  • Create video storyboards.
  • Create high fidelity wireframes and provide design specifications necessary to guide the development of digital experiences.
  • Create visual identity systems that can scale across various physical and digital surfaces for events.
  • Source stock photographs and videos.
  • Influence peers and managers and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguity.
  • Understand and action feedback appropriately from teammates and stakeholders.
  • Communicate and sell your concepts and designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with creative partners and stakeholders to ensure creative output conforms to a cohesive visual brand, style, voice, and tone.
  • Select production partners to execute, produce and scale your campaign ideas.
  • Direct and provide design consult to directors, photographers, production crew, illustrators and external vendors and agencies to help guide their work.
  • Work closely with web developers and project managers to ensure a successful handoff on digital experiences.
Your Background
  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Art Director/ACD at a digital agency, advertising agency or an in-house team
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
  • Working knowledge of Figma
  • Ability to design for motion graphics with basic animation capabilities
  • Experience designing for Print, Web, Responsive, and Mobile
  • Presentation skills with working proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Experience in conceptualizing ideas from ideation to launch and developing creative assets across social media platforms
  • Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge in marketing as well as advertising, and experience innovating and changing the way businesses connect to their customers would be an advantage
