ROLE, OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES.

ROLE OVERVIEW The Senior Creative Designer at The Mandala Club group is a key support position, based out of the Mandala Club office in Singapore. They are a brand custodian, creative and curator, providing support with acquisition, retention & pre opening initiatives. This includes coverage of events, marketing, strategy and internal communications aimed at the Mandala Club team & membership community as well as shareholders, investors and potential/existing brand partners. He / she will be strategic and hands-on in idea generation and execution/development of brand assets for sales tools, brand campaigns and cultural events. He/She will act as a central point of contact to help execute and coordinate the gathering and dissemination of content and information for the brand, playing a key role in supporting the ongoing creative evolution, relevance and innovation of Mandala Club.

KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

  • With guidance and oversight from the Marketing and Partnerships Director and Creative Director, assist with the planning
and execution of an integrated content line-up in support of marketing and communications projects, and promotional initiatives for Mandala Club group, including mail outs, tool and content creation, social posts, bespoke programming and other ways of creating brand / project awareness as required.
  • Be a champion for all collaterals on the members\xe2\x80\x99 omni-channel user journey. Web/Socials -> app -> physical space -> concierge/relationship management, and beyond.
  • Work closely with the team in the Creative Studio, to assist with the creation of compelling and professionally delivered content (including the capturing and swift editing of still images and video footage from members events) for the websites and newsletters, ensuring material is on brand, up to date, and delivered against deadline(s).
  • Drive the growth of the Mandala Club social media accounts with members, future members and partners in mind, by helping to source, provide and create aesthetic and effective content.
  • Critically vet and proofread creative requests from all perspectives to ensure that the final product is true to the brand.
  • Work closely with the Mandala Club operations team to ensure the production and execution of events/ assets are expertly coordinated, and that details are correctly communicated.
  • Spot trends and keep a watchful eye on the marketing / communications and event activity of competitor members clubs
and arts organisations, updating the team when appropriate.
  • Compile creative collaterals and feedback for weekly status reports on current and planned marketing activity, as well as providing support on presentations and decks as required.
  • Compile & email daily summary of tasks undertaken at the COB
  • Take part in Marketing/Communications and events brainstorms to contribute ideas.

BRAND CUSTODIAN, ART DIRECTION, GRAPHIC DESIGN & VIDEO DIRECTION, CREATING, CAPTURING AND EDITING
  • Work closely with the global and brand team to promote the use of and develop brand templates
  • Conceptualise visuals based on requirements with reference to the brand
  • Create and curate photo and video assets with internal photography and videography equipment for respective
campaigns.
  • Proficient art direction, graphic design and Video Editing skills required for the respective content reflecting the Club, its
restaurants & bars, events & programs, and digital content
  • Proficient graphic direction and design skills required to create or update menus.
  • Planning of photoshoots and video shoots
  • Photo capturing on phone/camera for various Club campaigns.
  • Design and create a range of print and digital deliverables from original concept through to artwork, focusing on branded
marketing materials for development and property businesses.
  • Branded merchandise and in-venue collateral including event campaigns.
  • Working within brand guidelines to ensure the visual house style is implemented consistently and correctly.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Supports new digital platform design
  • Ensures work is filed well so other team members can access the necessary information in their absence
  • Work with the marketing and events team to oversee and produce final designs
  • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
