Job Responsibilities:

Perform effective overall freight and sea shipment and operation arrangement from A to Z.
Liaise with shipping lines /carrier and overseas agent on bookings, various requirements, and rates.
Assist to trouble shoot and manage last minute assignment and any contingency issues as and when required.
Perform administrative duties and prepare necessary documents.
Updating customer on delivery status.
Handle and knowledge in Customs Declaration and Incoterms.
Able to coach the team.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements:

Preferably 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in air and ocean freight logistics, with a track record of success in managing logistics operations.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Proficiency in transportation management systems and other logistics software.
Able to commit overtime.
Working location: Bedok Central Singapore
Working days: 5.5 working days per week, 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri); 8:30am to 12:30 pm (Sat)
