What You'll Do: Strategically lead the operational virtual customer service team to enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance measures. Oversee the customer service team to review procedures, set KPIs and ensure the delivery of high levels of customer service experience. Responsible for service quality assessment including monitoring the responses of the VAs to determine any critical service failure point. Partner with Marketing and Sales to review promotional activities and push for additional sales with the customers and where applicable, close the sales. Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by Management What You'll Need: Diploma or Degree in Business or related field with minimum 3 to 5 years in experience in Customer service or Booking Engine and CRM System. Excellent verbal, communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in Customer Service Management System and workflow is preferred. Experience in Booking Engine and CRM System is an added advantage. Independent and requires minimum supervision.
