Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure smooth workflow Establish and monitor service standards, procedures and policies Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Lead, train, and supervise the customer service team Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for staff improvment. Forecast manpower needs and budget for the customer service function Recommend initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency. * Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for customer service staff
